What Is Dried Peach?

Dried peach is the dried form of fresh peach. Peach has a water content of approximately 88%. By removing the water, 1 kg of dried peach is obtained from about 8-10 kg of peaches. Drying removes the water from the product and leaves the essence behind. Therefore, the nutritional values of dried peach, especially mineral, protein, and carbohydrate ratios, are highly concentrated in the dried product.
