Dried pear
What is dried pear?
Dried pear is fresh pear processed with special systems and then dried. Pear contains about 84% water. Therefore, from about 7 kg of fresh pear, 1 kg of dried pear is obtained. During drying, the water inside the fresh product is removed and the essence remains. Thus, the nutritional values of dried pear, especially protein, carbohydrate, and mineral ratios, increase significantly.
