Dried fruit chips are products produced by slicing and drying fresh fruit in special machines and packaging them after production. Before drying, fresh fruit contains approximately 80-95% water. Through drying, the water content in the fresh product is reduced to very low levels. As a result of drying, 1 kg of dried fruit is obtained using approximately 10 kg of fruit. During the drying process, the water inside the fresh product is removed, leaving the fruit essence. Therefore, the nutritional values of dried fruit, especially protein, carbohydrates, minerals, and fiber, are significantly increased. The package sold is produced using approximately 200 g of fresh fruit.
