Dried rose is the form of fresh rose processed and dried using special systems. Roses contain approximately 80-85% water. Therefore, as a result of drying, about 1 kg of dried rose is obtained from 6 kg of fresh roses. During the drying process, the water inside the fresh product is removed, leaving the essence of the product. For this reason, the aroma, nutritional values, especially protein, carbohydrates, and mineral ratios of dried rose are highly concentrated.
